The health and well-being of our members, speakers, vendors and guests are our first priority. With this in mind, after careful consideration and continued updates concerning the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the MeHIMA Board has decided to cancel the MeHIMA Annual Conference scheduled to be held in Augusta, ME on April 16th & 17th, 2020. This decision was made with the best interest of all of you in mind.
Meeting Registration Refunds:
For those of you who may have already registered and paid for this conference, your registration fees will be refunded. If you paid by credit card, please do not dispute your credit card charge. Your registration fee will be refunded in full.
Hotel and Flight Arrangements:
If you have made an overnight room reservation, please be sure to contact the hotel to cancel those reservations. If you have made flight reservations, please work directly with your airline. Many airlines are allowing passengers to change or reschedule flights. Please review your airline’s COVID-19 cancellation policy.
We sincerely regret this cancellation and do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Our next MeHIMA Conference will be held on November 12th & 13th, 2020 at the Augusta Civic Center. We do hope you will mark this date on your calendar and join us for our next conference.
